how many revisions are included in the design process?
you have a max of 2 free revisions included in the project fee. any additional revisions beyond that will incur extra charges. for your convenience, updates with any major changes in your project will surely be communicated.
how do you process payments?
full payment is required upfront for a la carte services, where you have the option to pay in 4 (afterpay, quadpay, etc.) for additional bundled services, a 35% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due upon completion of your project. after booking, you will receive an invoice with a payment breakdown.
what do i need to provide before starting my project?
before starting your project, a detailed brief that outlines your general brand vision, target audience, and any inspiration or existing materials you may possess (i.e., logo, brand colors, etc.) will be necessary. you can specify further by filling out our inquiry form which can be found in the “SERVICES” tab. a consultation is also vital when beginning a project to familiarize ourselves with each other - and thoroughly discuss your vision and goal.
will i have full ownership of the final design?
yes, once your project is completed and I have received all required payments, you’ll have full ownership of the final design. You’ll be free to use it for the agreed-upon purposes (commercial or personal, which your design contract will explain further.) If you need the design in different formats or for various platforms, I can provide those as well. Communicating that during the process of project completion will be super helpful.
